For the new follower’s, many of you do not know that for my day job, I deliver pastries part-time. It is perfect for me. It allows me time in the afternoons so I can cook for Mr. Truffle, and attend to my hobbies. Here is what a day at work looks like. What do you think? Caution, this is not to be viewed by dieters, or those with weak hearts. So grab a class of milk or a cup of coffee and enjoy the pretties.

Roast Pork Dinner

Feels like fall, maybe some comfort food?


The temperature dropped, well only ten degrees, but there was that subtle scent in the air. Well maybe not, but roast pork sounded good, and I wanted to surprise Mr. Truffle with our first fall feast. I baked it with nuts, fruit and fruit juices. The broccoli was buttered as was the sweet potato. Take a peek and let me know what you think.
