I was fortunate enough today to be able to get together with our parents for a Sunday dinner. We cooked up a brisket and with a full day of prep, we had a great time. It’s all in the preparation. I started last night. Prepare a brisket the night before, then chill and slice across the grain. With a cook time of over three hours, there’s time enough to prepare the salad, appetizers and dessert. Take a look at the steps as taken. It was a wonderful meal.
