Getting into Truffle

As Promised!




This is a yummy treat to take to any event.



Pecan Delights



1 package + 3 whole graham crackers

2 sticks of butter

½ cup sugar

1 and ¼ cups of chopped pecans



Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.

Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and lay grahams flat on sheet.

Bring butter and sugar to light boil. Mix in pecans. Spread mixture over center of grahams.

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or till edges are brown.

Let cool and enjoy!
