On the lighter side:
Now that the holidays are behind us, I am sure that the home may seem a little sparse. Not that I have reinvented anything, but here is my take on what could be left out and represent winter 2011. According to the calendar, we have some time before the next holiday. Maybe I should take time cleaning rather then decorating, or at least that is what Mr. Truffle suggests. Take a look and please leave any suggestions you may have.

Happy New Year!
Happy 2011 to each & every one of you!
Another holiday season has come and gone. This one was truly special for me. Mr. Truffle and I made some nice memories to savor. I hosted a gathering that was fun both in preparing and attending. New Years Eve was glam & glitz and accompanied by heels and lipstick (neither spent the entire night on)! Dinner was served throughout the evening. Several courses over several hours. When the ball dropped, I found myself in cozy PJ’s and nestled in for the evening. What was your style for the holidays? Here is s peek of mine. I loved 2010; now let’s see what 2011 brings. I really enjoy all things decorating. If you would like to chat about it, let me know. It’s always good to share ideas (note that my New Years Eve tablecloth is actually my winter scarf!). I’m saving my new years resolutions for another post, so stay tuned.
